So very true, I had a similar moment the summer after I started really “running.” It was about 90 degrees out, the middle of July and I passed one other running on the road. She gave me a simple thumbs up and I was completely taken aback. That little offering of community and encouragement pushed me to keep going and let me know that same as what you’ve talked about here. It doesn’t matter how slow you go, just that you have the courage to get up and do it, and to keep going!

Hi, I think your site might be having browser compatibility issues. When I look at your blog site in Safari, it looks fine but when opening in Internet Explorer, it has some overlapping.
